After suicide
12 Week Closed Support Group
What is a closed support group?
A closed support group is a type of support group that has a fixed membership and doesn't accept new members once the group has started. This format allows for a consistent and stable group dynamic where members can build strong, trusting relationships over time.
About After Suicide
After Suicide is a 12 week closed support group, which runs 1-2x a year. The number of participants is limited to ensure you receive the proper attention and support needed within a structured setting.
During this group we focus on how the suicide has affected participants in all aspects, introduce and practice coping skills, as well as help you process what the journey of grief looks like for you.
